Rise Up Together Leadership and Advocacy Program

Background

Founded in 2009, Rise Up Together has built a global network of more than 800 leaders across Africa, South Asia, Latin America, and the United States. The organization works with local advocates, nonprofit leaders, educators, and community organizers to strengthen leadership capacity and promote policy changes that advance gender equality and social justice. Rise Up leaders have successfully contributed to over 218 laws and policies that have positively impacted millions of people worldwide.
